Light My Cage is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Project-Based Outdoor Lighting Installers/Assistants. In this role, you will work alongside our head installer to execute outdoor lighting projects of varying sizes and complexity.

 

Compensation will be based on the size and scope of each project, ranging from $100 to $250 per project. This position has the potential to transition into a full-time role based on workload, demand, and company growth.

 

•Assist the head installer in all aspects of outdoor lighting installation projects, including site preparation, fixture installation, wiring, and troubleshooting.

•Ensure that installations are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

•Follow company protocols and procedures to maintain consistency and uphold our reputation for excellence.

•Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met and client expectations are exceeded.

•Demonstrate a commitment to our company’s mission and values, prioritizing client satisfaction above personal preferences.

 

•Previous experience in outdoor lighting installation or related field is preferred but not required.

•Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.

•Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.

•Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
